The Reichenbach Fall – BBC Sherlock 2:3

Infografiken för The Reichenbach Fall var ingen barnlek att få till – Moriartys stora kupp har inte mindre än sju parallella händelseförlopp i vansinnig hastighet.

Dessutom bestämde jag mig för att lägga till ytterligare ett lager av information den här gången. Internet, och framför allt Tumblr, är fullt av analyser (”meta”) av serien som ofta fokuserar på återkommande objekt och företeelser för att tolka vad scenerna egentligen handlar om (svaren är, inte helt förvånande, ofta sex …). Jag bestämde mig för att lämna tapetmönster och dylikt därhän och fokusera på de vanligast förekommande objekten: mat, dryck, telefoner och eld.

När jag har färdigställt infografiker för alla avsnitten, och uppdaterat de tidigare med ”meta”-objekten, kommer jag att kunna presentera statistik över hur ofta folk dricker te och tuggar tuggummi i Sherlock. 🙂

The infographics for The Reichenbach Fall was no child’s play to create – Moriarty’s great coup has no less than seven parallel storylines, all going at breakneck speed.

I also decided to add another layer of information this time. The Internet, especially Tumblr, is full of analyses (”meta”) of the series, which often fokus on recurring objects and events to interpret the scenes real meaning (the answers are, not surprisingly, often about sex …). I decided to leave wallpaper patterns and such be and focus on the most common objects: food, drink, telephones and fire.

Once I’ve finished infographics for all the episodes, and have updated the earlier ones with the ”meta” objects, I will be able to present statistics for how often people drink tea or chew on a chewing gum in Sherlock. 😉
