Words in BBC Sherlock: Lies, lying, not true
We recently got the titles for the first two episodes for season 4 of BBC’s Sherlock: The Six Thatchers and The Lying Detective. There are obvious references to the original Arthur Conan Doyle stories The Six Napoleons and The Dying Detective, but are there also references to earlier episodes? Let’s start with lies, lying and untruths.
Quotes from BBC’s Sherlock, written by Mark Gatiss (TGG, THoB, TEH, TSoT, TAB), Steven Moffat (ASiP, ASiB, TSoT, HLV, TAB) and Stephen Thompson (TBB, TRF, TSoT). As usual, the transcripts at arianedevere.livejournal.com have been an invaluable aid.
